Day 1:
Depart USA* - Board your overnight transatlantic flight.

Day 2:
Arrive in Munich, Germany - Welcome to Munich, capital of Bavaria. After check-in, take an orientation tour featuring the Olympic Stadium and Marienplatz, with its Glockenspiel clock. This evening, we enjoy a Welcome Drink with our Tour Director and fellow travelers. DAY 3

Day 4:
Munich / Prague, Czech Republic - After breakfast we make our way to Nuremberg, carefully rebuilt after wartime destruction, and enjoy a walking tour of this treasure trove of early German history. Entering the Czech Republic, pass by Pilsen, renowned for its breweries, and reach one of Europe’s most exciting cities, Prague. (BB,D)

Day 7:
Prague Sightseeing and at Leisure - Our sightseeing tour shows us how much Prague has blossomed since the Velvet Revolution. Visit impressive St. Vitus Cathedral, which is set inside 1,000 year old Prague Castle, then cross the Vltava River to explore the cobblestoned old town square and see the Astronomical Clock. Then there is time at leisure to explore this fascinating city further. (BB,D)

Day 11:
Prague / Bratislava / Budapest, Hungary - Today’s drive takes us into Slovakia to visit the capital, Bratislava, with its medieval town hall in the quaint old town area. Then we enter Hungary and make our way to Budapest, which straddles the wide River Danube. (BB)
